What local service work taught me about trust

Faber Solutions started with better posts. It survived because clients trusted the person who arrived.

Faber Solutions began as a name on Nextdoor and Facebook. AI helped me shape clearer posts, present the work professionally, and make a wide range of services easier to understand.

But marketing only explains why the phone rings once. It does not explain why someone hands you the keys to their home, trusts you with a vehicle or payment card, or asks you to return every week for years.

The real product

The real product was reliability under ambiguity. Many requests did not fit into a clean service category. People needed someone to understand the situation, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the outcome.

That lesson now shapes how I think about AI systems. Intelligence is not enough. A useful system must be understandable, bounded, and accountable when the real world refuses to match the plan.
